WELSH EQUIPMENT, INC PURCHASES L & S TRUCK AND BODY After many years of service to the concrete industry, Joe Gilbert, owner of L & S Truck and Body has announced the sale of his company to Welsh Equipment, Inc based out of Dodge Center, MN. L & S Truck and Body has been a leading supplier of used concrete mixer trucks, focusing on the southern and eastern United States, plus a substantial exporter of concrete mixer trucks throughout the world. Welsh Equipment, Inc has been the leader of reconditioned concrete mixer trucks throughout the U.S with strong export sales. With the addition of L & S Truck and Body, Welsh Equipment, Inc will be able to better serve their large customer base with more trucks to serve the southeastern market and expand export sales. Daniel Welsh, owner of Welsh Equipment, Inc, has stated they will continue to serve the customers of L & S Truck and Body with the manner that Joe Gilbert has for many years and Joe will be staying on as a consultant. Joe’s sales manager, Jimmy Harmon, will be managing sales in the Georgia region. In addition to Welsh Equipment, Inc. selling used concrete mixer trucks, they also sell used concrete plants and related equipment, concrete pumps, conveyor trucks, dump trucks and complete concrete placement businesses. ______________________________________ |
